Rus­sia says it is ready to present a peace mem­o­ran­dum to Ukraine on June 2 in Istan­bul. Istan­bul became the main plat­form for Moscow-Kyiv nego­ti­a­tions. They are upset with Trump because he backed away from sanc­tions.
