The Georgia GOP Inc, under Chairman Josh McKoon—a seasoned, articulate politician—and his ever-present senior advisor Travis Bowden, is a “swamp” that stifles citizen voices by manipulating the candidate selection process. McKoon rigs ballots to favor his slate, including Salleigh Grubbs for 1st Vice Chair, by disqualifying challengers like Lisa Pierce and Kylie Kremer (for Assistant Secretary) based on a March 15 deadline for submitting letters of intent and resumes. McKoon is deflecting blame to the state and nominating committees, which he controls, through ally Katie Frost. He was misleading about Pierce and Kremer’s submissions, claiming they missed a resume.

Salleigh Grubbs’ endorsement by Colton Moore was rescinded after he learned of the exclusions, while John Fredericks offered her support. Meanwhile, McKoon’s team reportedly started lobbying delegates in Dalton three weeks early, while the nominating committee has yet to begin reviews of candidates. McKoon punishes dissenters with an “enemies list” and maintains deniability despite orchestrating the process. A forum in Cobb County tonight is highlighted amid these accusations of ballot manipulation to suppress opposition within the GA GOP Inc.

  • The swamp starts at the GA GOP Inc in Georgia and must end if you want to get lawmakers to listen to the citizens. Josh McKoon, the chairman is a polished, well spoken lifelong politician. Travis Bowden identifies as senior advisor to the chairman, he is at every event. Tonight there is a forum in Cobb county.
  • If you are on a program with someone and then you moderate a forum for people who are on a team, working to keep people from the ballot. Josh manipulates everything that he works on.
  • Salleigh released the video where Colton Moore endorsed her for 1st vice chair. After the news gets to Colton Moore about the missing candidates from the GOP ballot, he rescinds his endorsement. After this happens John Fredericks consoles Salleigh. Lisa Pierce would be running against Salleigh Grubbs for 1st Vice Chair, a complete manipulation of the ballot. Now Kylie Kremer can be a handful, she will not spare her thoughts and opinions on the GA GOP but like her or not should be a candidate for Assistant Secretary on the GA GOP Inc. But Josh has again manipulated the ballot. Josh wants his slate to not give him opposition.
  • Questions to McKoon on the omission of Kylie and Lisa from the GOP ballot. He says that the state committee voted on the call. The call said that you have to submit the letter of intent, resume and submit by 5pm on March 15. And he is laying out that he is on the ballot and taking the blame away from himself. He will never take the blame and will always have a fall back that the executive committee did this or that. There were 18 people that submitted to be on the ballot. If he wants us to believe that he stepped aside then he should release all communication. We have that Lisa Pierce was questioned if the submitted was the letter of intent and resume. Josh lies to a group of people in Hall county that they did not submit their resume. The debate is a statement under your intent, does that constitute your resume. He is moving the decision to the nominating committee who is chaired by Katie Frost where he was seen patting on the back recently. Josh McKoon along with his senior advisor determines the committee. If you are on the executive committee and vote against what he wants you go on the enemies list. He is blatantly lying that he has separated himself from everything that he controls. In Dalton there is a team already placing calls to the delegates for Josh McKoon and Salleigh Grubbs, a 3 week headstart over other candidates that have not gotten the delegate list. Now the nominating committee has not reviewed the submissions. He reminds you that the nominating committee was voted on unanimously. Now the nominating committee will review the applications and it will be completed by the end of the month. It took nine days for the denial for Lisa Pierce and Kylie Kremer. He controls the ballot, don’t let him fool you.
