Biden to open borders of Canada and Mexico for vaccinated only

Biden announced that he will be open­ing up the bor­ders to Mex­i­co and Cana­da for vac­ci­nat­ed peo­ple only. This includes only ful­ly vac­ci­nat­ed peo­ple com­ing over for non-essen­tial rea­sons. This will be effec­tive in Novem­ber.
