Fall Special Session on Atlanta Crime, but nothing else?

Geor­gia Gov­er­nor wants a Fall Spe­cial ses­sion to tack­le Atlanta crime. What about oth­er rea­sons for a spe­cial ses­sion like the elec­tion, the Democ­rats push on COVID, edu­ca­tion stim­u­lus, or the mas­sive amount of mon­ey the gov­ern­ment has print­ed and forced the peo­ple into a debt you can­not can­cel.
