ASK THE DOC — Myeloma and dialysis after COVID

Patient had Myelo­ma and is in remis­sion with Vel­cade shots. Patient had COVID and was on dial­y­sis. Now that dial­y­sis has end­ed the oncol­o­gist has start­ed the patient on the Lance Arm­strong shots and not restart­ing Vel­cade. Why not? And is this safe?
