A 50 year old patient had swelling in his neck and jaw for 6 months. Lym­phoma labs were nor­mal. Went into the hos­pi­tal with hip pain and found a patho­log­ic hip frac­ture and diag­nosed with malig­nant melanoma with rapid pro­gres­sion. Dr. Wha­ley dis­cuss­es the treat­ment for this patient.
