- SB 92 failed. All it is “Kick the Can Down the Road”. The Freedom Caucus declared that it would not pass the Supreme Court. For the lawmakers not to even look at what is happening in Fulton County is unAmerican. We have a Constitution that protects and gives right to the people that are being mistreated in the Fulton County Jail, the thousands that have been in there without charges.
- There are a couple of election integrity bills that are circulating in the legislature.
- HB520 is still in play this legislative session. It is an omnibus bill.
