  • SEB2023-025 the mat­ter involved alle­ga­tions that were inves­ti­gat­ed by expe­ri­enced inves­ti­ga­tors. This mat­ter is in the vio­la­tion found cat­e­go­ry. If the board finds a vio­la­tion the board will decide how to pro­ceed. They can refer to the AG office or a let­ter of rep­ri­mand.�
  • If we can not take this evi­dence, this case with Joe Rossi, who puts them in a box that they can�t get out of.�
  • Dr Jan­ice John­ston was ques­tion­ing about the bal­lot images and the .sha files that she had request­ed 4 months pri­or. She was ask­ing for the tech­ni­cal expert that she request­ed. Dr John­ston made a motion to send it to the AG and to have the State board of elec­tion have a mon­i­tor team on Ful­ton Co. Guess what hap­pened to her motion, it did not get a sec­ond. If some­one would have sec­ond­ed it would have put every­one on record. But Rick Jef­fares was miss­ing, every­one was won­der­ing where Burt�s guy was.�
