The law says the board member has access to key materials and the process. The board director is stopping the member from seeing and only certifying the results that are being said.

You need to have your GOP support that member is going to challenge if something is fishy. You need a resolution that passes something binding that you will protect them legally when they challenge an election. 947 this will not be easy.
