The Path Forward For America, Marxism or Constitutionalism?

The Biden presidency is effectively over. The question is, will he take his Marxist Party and Kamala Harris with him? Can he? His obstinate refusal in the face of rising demands that he resign gracefully after demonstrating to the world his declining mental capacity and continued inability to be president, except for the $200 million dollars in his campaign chest, seems inexplicable. He is being encouraged by the system to get out now, before the Democrat Convention, and leave the remaining few months of his term to Kamala Harris. Republicans want him to remain so with one swoop, America can be rid of both Joe and Kamala, his constitutional successor. Her accession would be a fate worse than death. Joes refusal to do so is nothing less than a hubris to defend his and Jill’s egos and that is no longer sustainable.
But, elements within the Democrat party, especially those who dont care who is president so long as it is someone who is basically stupid, marketable and will do as theyre told, are determined to salvage the damage Biden inflicted on their hold on power. Their whole level of thinking is contrary to what the Constitution permits and proves that the persuaders of Marxist idealism remain determined to fundamentally change America despite the constitutional limits. They can be expected to employ any measure to keep their hold on power. If they can avoid the rules, they will. To sustain Joe Bidens presidency, or substitute Kamala Harris, reflects the last remaining measure of their contempt for America. Power is their opiate. The more power they can accumulate in their hands, the less accountable they become to the American people. If Joe or Kamala manages to remain in power, the Marxists will have enough time to perfect their new totalitarian state, solidify their controls over dissent and start filling the prisons and reeducation camps with political undesirables. The Lefts reactionary handling of J6 protesters without Due Process, reveals their sinister intent for the rest of us.
Sovereignty is the key. Texas Governor Abbott has shown us how to proceed successfully and constitutionally, against a rogue federal apparatus that ignores its responsibilities to protect the American people in favor of serving its obligations to its party and elite enthusiasts of the New World Order. Because the Constitution limits what the federal government can do and what it cannot do, the Democrats proceed apace to do what they can get away with. When they meet constitutional obstacles, they turn to judicial lawfare to resolve the issues in their favor. They have not figured out a way to get around the 2nd amendment but they keep trying. The 1st amendment is constantly under attack by the Progressive Democrats including coercing the media and the donor industry to censor speech that challenges their agenda. Because of Joe Bidens incapacity, they proceed on weak legs.
The US Constitution was designed to serve a religious and moral people. It was also designed within the concept of the sovereignty of the individual states, thirteen at the time, some of them slave holding. The claim of what is property was a major precursor of our Civil War, not at the beginning but when America expanded west with some territories seeking to become states. The primary argument of what is property, specifically black people as slaves, divided Southern slave states that wanted newly created western states to preserve slavery as a private property rights from states that didnt. The result was the Civil War that proved an exercise in murder, looting and general destruction that was only settled after Appomattox. State sovereignty was suppressed but constitutionally, was never erased. Gov Abbott resurrected it.
Today, one hundred and fifty nine years or so later, we have ignored that our cities have been looted and burned by radical dissidents who are neither moral or religious, rioting to sustain a rogue government uninterested with what the American people needed or wanted, catering instead to perverts, rioters, thieves, robbers, murderers and rapists, many here illegally, with the governments connivence. The government, in its desire to be inclusive, attached the moniker peaceful protesters to the hoodlums destroying our cities. They roam the streets planning their next outrage and now, the evil forces they support includes Islamic Jihadists. Were in serious trouble folks. Our states are filling up with millions of illegal immigrants invited here by Joe Bidens policies, some from countries emptying their prisons of convicts, terrorists, cartel drug and human traffickers and invaders from China all flouting our laws and driving American workers out of the home and work markets if theyre not just shot down and killed on the streets of America.
Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, get loud about it! (11Jul24)
