• The notion of remem­ber­ing 9/11 is not just to focus on the pain but of what we lost. We are at a stage 23 years lat­er. There are some that haven’t had the expe­ri­ence that most of us had dur­ing the events of 9/11. The twin tow­ers were part of the icon­ic sky­line of Man­hat­tan, almost a quar­ter mile tall. 40–50K peo­ple worked in the twin tow­ers, it was a badge of hon­or for many to work in the tow­ers. Much of the day was in reac­tion to what hap­pened after the impact of the tow­ers.
