Garland Favorito On The Georgia State Election Board Recent Rules

  • State Elec­tion Board yes­ter­day. Mrs King brought to the pub­lic the ques­tion about the “agen­da” Ms Ghaz­al referred to on MSNBC. The chair­man has done all he can to under­mine the major­i­ty of the board. He has not act­ed as non-par­ti­san, when he is sup­posed to be neu­tral. 
  • The good news: anoth­er rule was passed. To make the bal­lot images imme­di­ate­ly avail­able in accor­dance with open records reports. 
  • What did not get passed was the list of eli­gi­ble vot­ers before the elec­tion and the list of vot­ers who vot­ed. The push back was that it could not be done in the lim­it­ed time. 
  • Also did not pass a head­count in a close race rather than using the machine recount. Pos­si­bly if it was pre­sent­ed dif­fer­ent­ly it may have passed. 
  • The mon­i­tor team for Ful­ton Coun­ty. Ful­ton is mov­ing for­ward with a com­pa­ny that employs Ryan Ger­many. The chair under­mined the process to go to Ful­ton Coun­ty and gave a pro­pos­al with­out the State Elec­tion Board knowl­edge and was approved by Ful­ton coun­ty. Ryan Ger­many was instru­men­tal in cov­er­ing up the issues of the 2020 elec­tion in Ful­ton Coun­ty and Cof­fee Coun­ty. Ryan has also the Carter Cen­ter involved that had not found any issues or prob­lems with the 2020 elec­tion. We know there were a mul­ti­tude of issues and prob­lems with the 2020 elec­tion. To have Ryan Ger­many and the Carter Cen­ter is hav­ing a fake mon­i­tor­ing team which is a dis­grace to the cit­i­zens of Geor­gia. 
  • The inten­tion­al mis­in­for­ma­tion by the main­stream media the bal­lots are going to be hand count­ed not hand tab­u­lat­ed. The pieces of paper are going to be count­ed to match the machine count. To rec­on­cile will take no more than 30 min­utes to count the pieces of paper. Unfor­tu­nate­ly a lot of elec­tion offi­cials want to be box check­ers. 
  • It is required under GA law to pub­licly post the reg­is­tered vot­ers for an elec­tion and a list of the vot­ers who vot­ed in the elec­tion. Dr. John­ston point­ed out how can you con­duct an elec­tion with­out these 2 lists of vot­ers. The Chair­man was mak­ing every excuse to not do any­thing. 
  • The media fren­zy of lies has impact­ed the board in not allow­ing them to do their job as a board.
