DAVID CROSS ANNOUNCES CANDIDACY FOR GAGOP CHAIR

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

**DAVID CROSS ANNOUNCES CANDIDACY FOR GAGOP CHAIR*
**Duluth, GA January 24, 2025*

David Cross, the 2nd Vice Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party announced his candidacy for Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party. Like Trump, Cross is a political outsider dedicated to bringing a new vision and fresh energy to grow the Republican majority in Georiga.

“President Trump won a decisive victory because he energized Georgians to vote in record number. However, I am gravely concerned with 2026. All Constitutional Offices will be on the ballot in 2026, but President Trump will not be on the ballot to help rally voters to the polls. The Democrats have vowed to do whatever it takes to defeat us, and we need new strategies to win,” said Daivd Corss, 2nd Vice Chairman GAGOP.

Cross will focus on revitalizing the Georgia GOP by enhancing member engagement, bolstering financial stability, and promoting transparency with the members. His initiatives will focus on communicating with and empowering all Georgia Republicans with tools and effective strategies to win.

“It is time to return the Party to the People,” stated Cross.
