Trump Faces Constitutional Battle Amid Court Challenges and Global Pressures

Pres­i­dent Trump should con­tin­ue pur­su­ing his poli­cies despite chal­lenges from the judi­cia­ry, liken­ing the cur­rent sit­u­a­tion to past pres­i­den­tial defi­ance of court orders by fig­ures like Abra­ham Lin­coln and Andrew Jack­son. Trump faces grow­ing oppo­si­tion from the courts, includ­ing a rul­ing that the admin­is­tra­tion vio­lat­ed a court order regard­ing fund­ing, rais­ing ques­tions about his next steps. Addi­tion­al­ly, issues such as USAID’s con­tro­ver­sial fund­ing for jihadists, FEMA’s funds for ille­gal immi­grants. Trump’s stance on for­eign rela­tions, par­tic­u­lar­ly with the King of Jor­dan and Egypt regard­ing dis­placed Pales­tini­ans. And, Ukraine’s pre­car­i­ous sit­u­a­tion, with Zelen­sky seek­ing secu­ri­ty deals from Trump as the war nears its end.

• Trump should plow for­ward. We are see­ing judges jump­ing in the way of every­thing Trump is doing. We have had 2 pres­i­dents that have ignored court order: Abra­ham Lin­coln and Andrew Jack­son. Andrew Jack­son plowed for­ward. The judges don’t have an army. The court could issue a court order and give it to the US Mar­shall but the US Mar­shals are under the direc­tion of Pam Bon­di. We have a prob­lem with the courts and we know that. This could be a con­sti­tu­tion­al bat­tle but not a con­sti­tu­tion­al cri­sis. Judge finds Trump admin­is­tra­tion vio­lat­ed court order halt­ing fund­ing freeze. We are wait­ing to see what Trump will do, will he plow for­ward. 
• USAID funds exposed after the agency paid col­lege tuition for jihadist who became an alQae­da fig­ure.
• There is more to the sto­ry accord­ing to City Hall on the FEMA funds for the ille­gals ear­li­er this week. 
• The exec­u­tive branch in Amer­i­ca is up against an attack and it is an emer­gency. Trump needs to push back against the courts. 
• Does Trump have to say right now that he sup­ports JD Vance in 2028? 
• The King of Jor­dan is com­ing today. Trump will put pres­sure on the king today, the third largest aid pack­age. And put pres­sure on Egypt to take these dis­placed Palesti­nans. What has tak­en place has hap­pened. Gaza is rub­ble. These peo­ple don’t have any­where to go back to. There isn’t any­where to live. 
• The war is going to be over in Ukraine. Zelen­sky is a ner­vous wreck.  Zelen­sky offers the US access to Ukraine’s rare earth and min­er­al deposits in exchange for a secu­ri­ty deal from Trump. A cou­ple of weeks ago Zelen­sky was asked about sell­ing US mil­i­tary equip­ment and he lied. Zelen­sky knows what is about to hap­pen
