Historically, Republicans have sought to curb government waste, fraud, and abuse without touching Social Security, Medicare, or military spending, relying on inspector generals and committees. However, lacking a clear budget and operating on continuing resolutions, the government now faces Trump’s DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) initiative, uncovering billions in misallocated funds—e.g., $2 billion linked to a Stacey Abrams group. Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth has ordered an 8% Pentagon budget cut to realign priorities, while Trump’s “America First” policy sees Marco Rubio telling Europe to fend for itself amid domestic crises like border security.
- Throughout history the republicans want to find the waste fraud and abuse but don’t touch social security, medicare or military spending. And they want to tell you that there are inspector generals and committees that will oversee the spending, and we don’t have a clear budget. The federal government has been working off these continued resolutions. We finally have someone to look at the waste fraud and abuse throughout the government spending and everyone is freaking out. The things they are finding now, republicans are jumping on this side as though they are just shocked, they are not shocked, they are part of the swamp. The media wants to tell you that they are already allocated in the budget. Hegseth orders major Pentagon spending cuts, directing Pentagon agencies and the military to cut their budgets by 8 percent as part of a realignment of defense spending to address priorities of President Trump.
- Trump’s first act was America First! Marco Rubio was sent to Europe to tell them they are on their own. We have a mess at home on our border and other issues that need to be addressed. We finally have someone that will eliminate the fraud.
- DOGE finds $2B in taxpayer funds earmarked for Stacey Abrams linked group. This is not all Stacey’s fault, republicans know this.
- Delta offered $30K to passengers who were on a plane that crashed and landed in Toronto.
