Governor Kemp’s Tort Reform Push and Political Shockwaves:
In his sixth year, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is forcefully advocating for tort reform via SB68, threatening to challenge non-supportive lawmakers with primary opponents and hinting at a special session if the legislation fails. Allegations of bribe money swirl around his motives. Concurrently, Kash Patel’s confirmation as FBI director, signed by Trump, stirs controversy with Murkowski and Collins opposing. Kathy Hochul opts not to remove Eric Adams, and a town hall setup targets Georgia Congressman Rich McCormick.
- Our governor has a piece of legislation in year 6 of being governor, tort reform. He put out a warning yesterday that if you don’t support it he will find a primary opponent to run against you. You always have to read the fine print. He is threatening to call a special session if lawmakers don’t pass his legislation overhaul… not a special session if you steal an election in GA or a special session to remove Fani Willis. SB68.. How much bribe money has Brian Kemp been promised. Kemp is currently in DC at the winter meeting for the Governors Association.
- Kash Patel is confirmed. He is the FBI director. Trump signed the commission last night. The FBI director is not supposed to be political; they are commissioned for a 10 year term. America is waiting for Kash and Pam Bondi to get to work. Murkowski and Collins voted against Kash. McConnell voted for Kash.
- McConnell gave his retirement speech yesterday on the floor of the Senate.
- NY Post basically attacks Trump this morning by posting Putin “This is a dictator” They are lecturing Donald Trump. Everything you hear… as angry as they get.. And you hear Trump saying if I would have been there… and the media wants to tell you that it was all about him… and you realize that the money that the Ukrainian elite stole from the American people would not have happened if the election wasn’t stolen. Everything that is going on is the consequences of stealing an election.
- People opened an NGO with $100 for the government to park the stolen money.
- Kathy Hochul is not going to remove Eric Adams.
- Rich McCormick the congressmen of the 7th district of GA, they think they had 200 people that couldn’t get into the town hall. It was a set up on the Congressman.
