Governor Kemp’s Tort Reform Push and Political Shockwaves:

In his sixth year, Geor­gia Gov­er­nor Bri­an Kemp is force­ful­ly advo­cat­ing for tort reform via SB68, threat­en­ing to chal­lenge non-sup­port­ive law­mak­ers with pri­ma­ry oppo­nents and hint­ing at a spe­cial ses­sion if the leg­is­la­tion fails. Alle­ga­tions of bribe mon­ey swirl around his motives. Con­cur­rent­ly, Kash Patel’s con­fir­ma­tion as FBI direc­tor, signed by Trump, stirs con­tro­ver­sy with Murkows­ki and Collins oppos­ing. Kathy Hochul opts not to remove Eric Adams, and a town hall set­up tar­gets Geor­gia Con­gress­man Rich McCormick.

• Our gov­er­nor has a piece of leg­is­la­tion in year 6 of being gov­er­nor, tort reform. He put out a warn­ing yes­ter­day that if you don’t sup­port it he will find a pri­ma­ry oppo­nent to run against you. You always have to read the fine print. He is threat­en­ing to call a spe­cial ses­sion if law­mak­ers don’t pass his leg­is­la­tion over­haul… not a spe­cial ses­sion if you steal an elec­tion in GA or a spe­cial ses­sion to remove Fani Willis. SB68.. How much bribe mon­ey has Bri­an Kemp been promised. Kemp is cur­rent­ly in DC at the win­ter meet­ing for the Gov­er­nors Asso­ci­a­tion. 
• Kash Patel is con­firmed. He is the FBI direc­tor. Trump signed the com­mis­sion last night. The FBI direc­tor is not sup­posed to be polit­i­cal; they are com­mis­sioned for a 10 year term.  Amer­i­ca is wait­ing for Kash and Pam Bon­di to get to work. Murkows­ki and Collins vot­ed against Kash. McConnell vot­ed for Kash. 
• McConnell gave his retire­ment speech yes­ter­day on the floor of the Sen­ate. 
• NY Post basi­cal­ly attacks Trump this morn­ing by post­ing Putin “This is a dic­ta­tor” They are lec­tur­ing Don­ald Trump. Every­thing you hear… as angry as they get.. And you hear Trump say­ing if I would have been there… and the media wants to tell you that it was all about him… and you real­ize that the mon­ey that the Ukrain­ian elite stole from the Amer­i­can peo­ple would not have hap­pened if the elec­tion wasn’t stolen. Every­thing that is going on is the con­se­quences of steal­ing an elec­tion. 
• Peo­ple opened an NGO with $100 for the gov­ern­ment to park the stolen mon­ey. 
• Kathy Hochul is not going to remove Eric Adams. 
• Rich McCormick the con­gress­men of the 7th dis­trict of GA, they think they had 200 peo­ple that couldn’t get into the town hall. It was a set up on the Con­gress­man.
