Georgia’s Anti-Trump Legislature: A Deep State Exposé

Mean­while, a vital anti-debank­ing bill—protecting free speech against bank account closures—died in the Sen­ate, just before Trump’s law­suit against Cap­i­tal One for sim­i­lar prac­tices. 

Elec­tion integri­ty takes a hit as Geor­gia resists Trump’s call for paper bal­lots, vot­er ID, and one-day vot­ing. Bills like SB303 fail, while new laws strip par­ty con­trol over elec­tion boards, empow­er­ing leg­is­la­tures and sub­vert­ing Repub­li­can rep­re­sen­ta­tion. • Today high­light­ing the lack of respect for Don­ald Trump in the Geor­gia Leg­is­la­ture. Will they do any­thing in sup­port of Pres­i­dent Trump and his agen­da? We didn’t need God’s cre­ation to be in an exec­u­tive order, but we appre­ci­ate what Trump did in the exec­u­tive order to name only two gen­ders. But in Geor­gia we do things for polit­i­cal gains and stunts. In Geor­gia the major­i­ty from the gov­er­nor’s office all the way down are chris­t­ian and uphold the Bible, but why do they wait to do the right thing? Sev­er­al years ago Will Wade came out with a 6 page par­ents parental rights bill, tort reform gets 60 pages, gam­bling gets 50 pages. Now years ago we went to our law­mak­ers to stop boys in girls sports. Now our law­mak­ers gave the deci­sion to the GHSA and not make a law, only cre­at­ing a rule.  But when they were pushed on the rule, they had to tell the school dis­tricts that it was not the law. Law­mak­ers had to wait for the right time for the polit­i­cal stunt. Now we are all excit­ed that we have the Riley Gaines bill to stop boys in girls sports. 
• Now dri­ven by media and storm chancers, there was a time that BKP would work with Deb­bie Doo­ley in bat­tling leg­is­la­tion. But it seems in the last two years Debbie’s major goal is to attack some­one. Now we have these major leg­is­la­tion bat­tles going on and where are the long time fight­ers like Deb­bie Doo­ley? 
• The storm chancers are spend­ing hours on the house staffer that tack­led the GA sen­a­tor won’t be arrest­ed, did this over-shad­owed the real things in GA, the anti-Trump leg­is­la­tion. We are sup­posed to be MAGA, Trump won by 2% and should have won by 7%. Why aren’t they freak­ing out at our leg­is­la­ture?
• We are not MAGA, we are a state run by deep state, for­eign mon­ey, and lob­by­ists. 
• SB144, you have heard argu­ment after argu­ment about the farm­ers and how the farm­ers want­ed this bill. This bill will pro­tect com­pa­nies from law­suits if their prod­uct dis­plays a label approved by the US EPA. The EPA has said that glyphosate, the main ingre­di­ent in Roundup, is safe to use as direct­ed. In 2016 the Ger­man com­pa­ny Bay­er acquired Mon­san­to. Bay­er couldn’t oper­ate in the US for decades. The bill has gone to the House and they have approved it, now it is head­ed to the gov­er­nor’s desk. Not like­ly that he will veto it. 
• RFK Jr despis­es glyphosate. RFK sues Mon­san­to on the harm­ful effects of glyphosate. Mon­san­to has to pay bil­lions in law­suits. RFK is now HHS. MAHA moth­ers have packed his hear­ing and have pos­si­bly brought Trump over the top because of RFK. Bot­tom line, SB144 should not have been passed, it should have been killed. It total­ly ignores the MAHA
• Remem­ber when Don­ald Trump addressed Bank of Amer­i­ca and debank­ing. What if in GA we were try­ing to pro­tect against the bank from shut­ting down the accounts because of free speech. We had a bill in ga that pro­tect­ed us from debank­ing. It died in the sen­ate. The bill relat­ed to decep­tive or unfair prac­tices as to pro­tect the exer­cise of con­sti­tu­tion­al rights, to pro­hib­it dis­crim­i­na­tion in the pro­vi­sion of essen­tial ser­vices to pro­vide for pub­lic and pri­vate enforce­ment. Amer­i­ca sup­ports this bill 13 yes — 43 nah…republicans killed this bill. Kennedy vot­ed against it, Kennedy is the pres­i­dent pro temp of the sen­ate, pret­ty much if the lead­er­ship wants a bill to push for­ward. Kennedy want­ed this bill dead and it died. The bill died in GA on March 6th. On March 7th, Trump put out a state­ment on the Cap­i­tal One law­suit. The Trump orga­ni­za­tion filed a law­suit against Cap­i­tal One to hold the bank account­able for ter­mi­nat­ing bank accounts with­out cause in 2021. The Sen­ate Bill would have stopped debank­ing. 
• Elon Musk puts GA repub­li­cans on the defense and gives democ­rats a ral­ly­ing cry. Jon Ossoff 2026 cam­paign will start with a ral­ly tar­get­ing Don­ald Trump. Josh McK­oon can call the AJC to alter a sto­ry. The repub­li­cans under the gold dome have already put the ral­ly cry out for him. 
• Total dis­re­spect for Doanld Trump from the GA Gold Dome. 
• DOGE is cut­ting waste fraud and abuse. You can’t hold up a DOGE sign and increase spend­ing $1.6B, 4.4% in a year, know­ing it is com­ing from the COVID boom, the infla­tion from the print­ed mon­ey dur­ing COVID. 
• Trump has said since inau­gu­ra­tion that the 2020 elec­tion was rigged. Trump meets with every gov­er­nor in the Unit­ed States and He said that for the safe­ty and secu­ri­ty of the coun­try that every repub­li­can should go to paper bal­lots. Bri­an Kemp is in the room. And hears that at least every repub­li­can should go to paper bal­lots, vot­er ID, one day vot­ing and proof of cit­i­zen­ship. So what did Geor­gia do, the board of elec­tions from your coun­ty to your state is los­ing repub­li­can rep­re­sen­ta­tion on the board of elec­tions. Now in Ful­ton Coun­ty we had elec­tion mon­i­tors, Ryan Ger­many who was hired and worked under the Sec­re­tary of State, sub­vert­ing the board of elec­tions. Now there is a bill to remove the mem­bers of the elec­tion board if they are a prob­lem, like Dr. Jan John­ston and Janelle King. The Ful­ton coun­ty mon­i­tor went to the coun­ty board of elec­tions to report the few minor changes that need to be made, the board that doesn’t need to have repub­li­can rep­re­sen­ta­tion. They are giv­ing the green light to Ful­ton Coun­ty to sub­vert the State elec­tion board. Allow­ing the leg­is­la­tures to con­trol the state board of elec­tions. Now we couldn’t get SB303 to get paper bal­lots. 
• Last year the bill passed to allow the com­mis­sion­ers to choose the board of elec­tions dis­re­gard­ing the par­ties nom­i­na­tions. There were about a dozen coun­ties where pro­bate judges ran the elec­tions. They have made it to where no pro­bate judges over the elec­tions. But the bill now law changed and removed the par­ties from the nom­i­na­tion process. 
• GA ignores 60K emails oppos­ing SB144 fix is in, gov of by for the peo­ple is gone. Sold out to Gov Kemp donors: Big Ag, PHar­ma, Tech, Mon­ey. SB221 killed GA repub­li­cans, WEF wins with Davos pil­grim Kemp, vot­ers lose. Trapped in the Domin­ion vot­ing loop. Can GA cit­i­zens break free?
