Mort­gages, ener­gy, and inter­est rates drop as Trump’s Amer­i­ca First agen­da dri­ves auto and phar­ma tar­iffs, with Hyundai’s $6B Louisiana steel plant sig­nal­ing a man­u­fac­tur­ing boom. • The SBA is find­ing bil­lions of dol­lars worth of fraud, a 9 month get­ting $100K loan. The Ag depart­ment Brook Rollins can­cel­ing on trans­gen­der con­tracts for food equi­ty. DOGE is right­siz­ing the gov­ern­ment to the size and scope the Amer­i­can peo­ple man­dat­ed. Mort­gages are down, ener­gy is down, inter­est rates will go down, and will con­tin­ue to re-pri­va­tize the econ­o­my. Bessent says we are work­ing on the afford­abil­i­ty cri­sis. The finan­cial peo­ple like cut­ting the waste, next they need to work on the spend­ing. 
• Man­u­fac­tur­ing is com­ing back to the US, auto and parts. With Trump it is Amer­i­ca First. Amer­i­ca knows they have been cheat­ing the sys­tem and hurt­ing Amer­i­cans for a long time. Trump pledges auto, phar­ma tar­iffs in near future. 
• Hyundai is build­ing a $6B steel plant in Louisiana. 
• HHS is elim­i­nat­ing the redun­dan­cies. Get­ting the mon­ey to the sci­en­tists and patience. The bureau­cra­cy has cre­at­ed admin­is­tra­tion lev­els and have dupli­cat­ed the admin­is­tra­tions and they are not talk­ing with each oth­er. What DOGE is doing is stream­lin­ing the admin­is­tra­tion and cut­ting the fraud.
