Cobb County GOP Losses and Trump’s Bold Tariff Strategy
Republicans lost both seats in Cobb County’s special election under Chair Salleigh Grubbs, exposing local GOP weaknesses. Meanwhile, the media fixated on a false claim that Amazon would display tariff costs, amplifying fears about Trump’s tariff policies. In a contentious ABC interview, Trump defended tariffs, deportations, and his Ukraine stance, rejecting supply chain disruption fears. America’s rapid COVID-era response—producing masks and ventilators domestically—as proof of manufacturing potential. At a Michigan rally, Trump signed an executive order easing auto tariffs, unwavering in his strategy to shift production from China to the U.S. By imposing tariffs, he’s forcing retailers and manufacturers to negotiate timelines for “Made in USA” goods, dismissing media claims of price hikes. Trump’s approach bypasses the World Trade Organization, prioritizing American entrepreneurs and innovation. He urged big-box stores to align with his vision, offering a blueprint for economic resurgence and an opportunity to “Make America Great Again.”
- Republicans lost both seats in a special election in Cobb county. Under the direction of Salleigh Grubbs.
- Why can’t it happen here… Bags of cash fell out of an armored truck in Chicago before dozens of people left with an estimated $300k.
- All the media can talk about is Amazon this morning. It is not true that Amazon to display tariff costs for consumers. But all they could talk about was the tariffs on Amazon.
- Trump spars with ABC anchor over tariff policy, deportations and Ukraine war in testy interview. They want to tell you that these tariffs are going to pause shipments and the volume from China is down. They want to tell you what it is going to do to the supply chain. When they say COVID shortages, there are warehouses in America where ventilators, remember the panic that we are all dying tomorrow. That COVID was on the cardboard boxes in the grocery store. But during COVID we had manufactures all over America that were pumping out masks and ventilators. We were putting hospitals together on ships in response to a Chinese crested virus. The truth about COVID there was a rapid response to this crisis. But if there is a crisis now to save the country but from the takedown and destruction of this country, we can’t come together to turn the country around. The fear is not necessary that there won’t be any Chinese crap on the shelves. Everytime the President or Scott Bessent says that if we stay the course to wait it out it is America’s chance to come to the forefront. China is upset that we aren’t filing our complaints at the WTO. Trump has decided to take matters into the American’s hands rather than having the World Trade Organization decide for us. This is the entrepreneurs and inventors chance to take center stage. We can manufacture things in America. The media wants you to believe that the prices of things are going to be increased.
- Trump went to Michigan and held a rally. Trump signs executive order to ease auto tariffs. Trump is not blinking or backtracking. He is not having second thoughts. It is obvious, you put tariffs on everything and everyone starts surfacing. You have to do things to bring things to the surface. Start saying to all the big box stores that you are thinking of putting these tariffs on, everyone would reject them. He didn’t call the stores, he put tariffs and all the stores and manufacturing is coming out. And he is getting solutions, a plan and timeline to shift production or purchasing power from China to an American made manufacture. He is getting the ventilator report, and negotiating for a change to Made in USA. Trump has given them (box stores and manufacturing) strict orders to follow the plan in the timeline negotiated.
- If you want to invest in America and if you have a dream in America. Donald J Trump has laid the groundwork in this country and given you the opportunity to Make America Great Again. .
