Bioter­ror­ists in this coun­try are ready to release some­thing, the sec­ond inci­dent with­in days. WE have riots in LA. Biden has allowed all these ille­gals to come into the coun­try. We do not know every­one that is in this coun­try. 
• 2.7M ille­gals in Cal­i­for­nia, 951,000 in LA coun­ty. The cost of pro­vid­ing health­care to ille­gals through Medi-Cal has been high­er than ini­tial­ly esti­mat­ed, with a report­ed price tag of $9.5B annu­al­ly, exceed­ing pre­vi­ous pro­jec­tions by bil­lions. The cost of pub­lic edu­ca­tion for ille­gals in Cal­i­for­nia would be around $189M addi­tion­al cost for the year. The law says that you have to put the chil­dren in school. Just for the ESL (Eng­lish as Sec­ond lan­guage) would be more than $2B a year. 
• In 1982, Rea­gan was the pres­i­dent. 1986 the Rea­gan immi­gra­tion law. In 1982 a lot of ille­gals came into the coun­try. a land­mark Supreme court case Plyler v Doe, the court rules that states can­not deny undoc­u­ment­ed chil­dren access to free pub­lic edu­ca­tion. The rul­ing was based on the 14th amend­ment equal pro­tec­tion clause. This means that states can­not deny stu­dents a free pub­lic edu­ca­tion based on their immi­gra­tion sta­tus. 
• You don’t have a state if you don’t stop imme­di­ate­ly, you don’t have a coun­try if you don’t stop imme­di­ate­ly.
