Frost Family’s $140M Ponzi Scheme Rocks Republican Circles – Who Took the Money?

The Geor­gia Repub­li­can Par­ty faces a cri­sis as the Frost family’s First Lib­er­ty Build­ing and Loan is exposed as a $140M Ponzi scheme by the SEC. Alle­ga­tions of rigged elec­tions at the 2025 GAGOP State Con­ven­tion, led by Brant Frost and Chair­man Josh McK­oon, raise ques­tions about finan­cial mis­con­duct and polit­i­cal influ­ence. Jason Thomp­son is the State Com­mit­tee­man of the RNC and is the chair for the lawyers of the RNC. There has been a pow­er play. Now we have shown sev­er­al Jason Thomp­son Katie Frost pho­to ops. 
• Deb­bie Doo­ley plays her part. When Deb­bie was par­tic­i­pat­ing with Brant Frost and Josh McK­oon to remove BKP. Deb­bie is claim­ing that she is work­ing with Brant because she didn’t have the State Com­mit­tee list. Deb­bie fre­quent­ly threat­ens to sue the BKP. Deb­bie, have you ever received any mon­ey from the Frost fam­i­ly because that is ill-got­ten gains. 
• Josh McK­oon has to resign. Salleigh Grubbs has to resign. David Shafer has to resign. Lau­rie McClain has to knock the doors down and go through every­thing. Karen Hentschel needs to take time off. 
• At the Geor­gia Repub­li­can Assem­bly Nom­i­nat­ing Con­ven­tion. Some­one in the GRA asked the ques­tion about a com­ment about the GRA being a can­cer. David cor­rect­ed his com­ment, say­ing the Frost fam­i­ly is a can­cer on the GAGOP. Josh lost the room that day. Josh has nev­er done any­thing to uni­fy us but the Frost fam­i­ly he will pro­mote and sup­port. 
• We all know the use of the cred­it card. Remem­ber the GAGOP had to pay a 14500 fee to the fec for the fine under David Shafer. Remem­ber the mon­ey that went to Travis Bow­den after being fired. As the finances were being brought up about the mis­use of the GAGOP finances. And Josh’s com­ment is that it is “laugh­able”. Nev­er have we had answers on the dupli­cate, triple entries on sev­er­al FEC fil­ings. The GAGOP pay­ing Best Guest Media for Katie Frost? 
• We had a rigged elec­tion. From the minute it start­ed… keep­ing peo­ple off the bal­lot, keep­ing can­di­dates from the del­e­gates, the rigged debates, to the nom­i­nat­ing com­mit­tee from the stage. The lady ask­ing the ques­tions and mak­ing the state­ments was part of the Ponzi scheme that pock­et­ed $19M. 
• Right after the con­ven­tion. Brant Frost is in charge of the GRA PAC. Many resigned from the GRA. Won­der­ing how many of the peo­ple that fol­lowed the Frost fam­i­ly exit from the GRA are investors? Then right after that Josh McK­oon resigns. Then a cou­ple days lat­er First Lib­er­ty Build­ing and Loan shuts their doors and a cou­ple of days lat­er the Ponzi scheme is released. 
• Travis Bow­den needs to be removed from the repub­li­can par­ty and no longer involved. Josh McK­oon needs to resign. Salleigh Grubs needs to come clean. Brant Frost, Katie Frost and Krista Frost need to be removed from the State Com­mit­tee and from their coun­ty posi­tions. Remem­ber Brant Frost endorsed Josh McK­oon, Josh needs to come clean on what he knew when he knew. Greg Dolezal needs to come clean, was he the hook for more investors. Every­one that got the emails from Brant Frost and decid­ed to invest needs to come out into the pub­lic to say what they know. Kan­diss Tay­lor, how much mon­ey have you got­ten from the Frost fam­i­ly. What did you receive and promis­es made for your actions in the past 2 years. Mike Crane, what is your involve­ment and how much have you received from the Frost fam­i­ly? Did turn­ing point ever endorse First Lib­er­ty Build­ing and Loan. We had a rigged elec­tion at the 2025 State Con­ven­tion in Geor­gia led by Brant Frost and Josh McK­oon. Alex Koff­man needs to cough up what he knows. Josh con­trols who gets on the com­mit­tees but Brant tells you, you need to con­trol the com­mit­tees. 
• Katie Frost is still the Finan­cial Over­sight Com­mit­tee chair. Every­thing needs to get cleaned up before the FEC. You can­not chair a repub­li­can par­ty coun­try or dis­trict if you invest­ed in the Frost fam­i­ly. If you come for­ward now and were brought in inno­cent­ly because you were led to believe it was a sol­id invest­ment. If we don’t clean it up now and get it over with we don’t stand a chance in 2026.
