Frost Family’s Fraud Taints 2025 Convention, Threatens National Fallout!

Fed­er­al offi­cials have exposed Geor­gia Repub­li­can Brant Frost IV for alleged­ly run­ning a $140M Ponzi scheme through First Lib­er­ty Build­ing & Loan, defraud­ing 300 investors, as detailed in an SEC civ­il law­suit filed July 10, 2025. The scan­dal impli­cates the Frost fam­i­ly, includ­ing Brant V and Katie Frost, who held key GAGOP roles, with Katie chair­ing the 2025 State Con­ven­tion nom­i­nat­ing com­mit­tee that reelect­ed Chair­man Josh McK­oon, amid alle­ga­tions of a rigged process. Now in 2024 they had to remove BKP for some civ­il actions in vot­ing because it would hurt the fundrais­ing of the GAGOP. They had to get rid of BKP from the GAGOP. Remem­ber dur­ing the cam­paign for the re-elec­tion of Josh McK­oon, BKP would say that some­thing was wrong with the all 9 con­gress­men of Geor­gia endorsed Josh McK­oon. 
• Now don’t think that Brant V and Katie are off the hook. The civ­il law­suit is nam­ing Brant Frost IV because that is the make up of the com­pa­ny. The Frost nev­er had their own mon­ey. Frost is alleged to have tak­en more than $19M of investor funds for him­self. Even as the busi­ness was going broke they were spend­ing $$$. Every­thing they did as a last cam­paign as they were broke, they were being inves­ti­gat­ed. It didn’t hap­pen just two weeks ago. Every­thing was rigged in our 2025 Con­ven­tion. The GA GOP is as cor­rupt as you can get. Katie Frost lord­ed over keep­ing can­di­dates off the bal­lot. They played a role in the NDA to keep the can­di­dates from get­ting the names of the del­e­gates. They played a role in the con­ven­tion chair. 
• Salleigh is first vice chair of the repub­li­can par­ty. There are rumors that she is invest­ed in the First Lib­er­ty. She was real­ly push­ing for the elec­tion of Brant Frost in 2022. Katie Frost par­tic­i­pat­ed in try­ing to keep Lisa Pierce off the bal­lot of First Vice Chair.
