  • In 1984, we didn’t have the peo­ple to fill the jobs and they start­ed com­ing across the bor­der. In the home builders indus­try there are a lot of immi­grants. When it takes 5 to 10 years to build back the work­ers to build the homes. The top builder in the US closed 90k homes last year. Build 10 mil­lion homes? You can’t build it espe­cial­ly when you send them all home. These big builders go from 90K to 65K with­out the work­ers and the homes will go from 100 to 140 days to build.  
  • We need to get our kids back into the field to become elec­tri­cians, plumbers, dry­wall hang­ers, brick lay­ers. These kids have to have a strong back and be will­ing to do the work. 
  • You need to be pre­pared to hit the stop sign and pay more mon­ey and do what it takes to hit the gas ped­al again.
