The 2026 Georgia Senate race is shaping up as a contentious battle within the Republican Party, pitting supporters of former President Donald Trump against those aligned with Governor Brian Kemp. U.S. Representative Mike Collins, a staunch Trump ally and author of the Laken Riley Act, is positioned as a leading contender for the GOP nomination to challenge Democratic incumbent Senator Jon Ossoff. Collins leverages his “America First” credentials and loyalty to Trump, contrasting himself with former football coach Derek Dooley, who is backed by Kemp but criticized for never voting for Trump, not donating to Republican causes, and lacking conservative credentials. Dooley’s campaign is a Kemp-orchestrated move to undermine Trump’s influence. The race is further complicated by allegations of corruption, notably the $140 million First Liberty Building and Loan (FLBL) Ponzi scheme linked to prominent Georgia Republican Edwin Brant Frost IV, with ties to Georgia GOP Chair Josh McKoon and his associate Katie Frost. McKoon’s leadership and the Frost family’s continued influence in GOP circles, despite the scandal, have raised concerns about party integrity. Additionally, Fulton County’s election board disputes and ongoing legal issues involving District Attorney Fani Willis add to the state’s political turmoil, with some framing it as a “crime scene” for election integrity. The GOP primary is increasingly seen as a Trump-Kemp proxy war, threatening to fracture the party as it seeks to reclaim a Senate seat in a critical swing state.

  • We lead the way in corruption in Georgia. Everything is spinning apart all across the state. Everytime you turn around in the state MTG is trying to blow everything up in the state.
  • You cannot support Derek Dooley for Senate in GA you are sold out to Brian Kemp. The AJC leaves out that he has never voted for Donald Trump, never supported the republican party in donations. The AJC wants Derek Dooley to run against Jon Ossoff.
  • Mike Collins has played the Trump card as well as any politician in America. Mike Collins has played the America First card as well as any politician in America. Mike Collins gave Trump the biggest win right before the State of the Union address, the Lakin Riley Act.
  • Kemp has met with John Thune and Tim Scott, they are in on this. Kemp made trips to DC and met with him in Valdosta with a handshake then turned around and went against Trump. If you support John Fredericks and Debbie Dooley you have turned your back on Donald Trump.
  • Mike Collins has a chief of staff, Brandon Phillips, who has a little baggage. You will read attacks on Brandon Phillips on social media. The people writing the attacks are working for Brian Kemp.  But despite that the one guy that will always vote with Donald Trump and the America First agenda will be Mike Collins. Derek Dooley didn’t even go to the ballot box to vote for Donald Trump in the election, do you really think he will back him in the Senate. Buddy Carter might be a nice guy but he isn’t strong enough.
  • Someone is writing Derek Dooley’s social media posts for him. He will say Trump but he won’t vote for him. Former University of Tennessee head football coach Derek Dooley didn’t vote in multiple presidential elections, never donated to President Donald Trump and declined to register as a republican in several states, a record now drawing scrutiny as he eyes a senate run in swing state Georgia. Though he has the backing of Gov Brian Kemp, Dooley has consistently opted not to support Trump at the ballot box or through financial contributions. Voter records show he didn’t cast a ballot in any Texas election in 2016 while living and working there, and similarly sat out New York elections in 2020, according to that state’s Board of Elections. Dooley declined to register as a republican even as his wife did so in multiple states, according to public records. In 2005, he registered with no party affiliation in Florida while his wife registered as a republican. The same pattern occurred in 2020 when they registered in New York. Georgia, where Dooley now resides, does not require voters to declare a party affiliation. As of July 2025, federal campaign finance records show Dooley has never donated to Trump or any affiliated group. His only reported political contribution: $5500 to Kemp’s campaign.
  • Dooley reminds us of another Geoff Duncan. At any time that Dooley met with the Kemps had Dooley said he liked Donald Trump he would have been out. Nothing in the Kemp family that points to them supporting Trump. One of the criterias is that you have to hate Trump. Don’t forget that Kemp didn’t vote for Trump in the primary. Marty Kemp said she would write Brian Kemp’s name instead of voting for Donald Trump.
  • Anyone who is writing attack ads on Mike Collins is sold out to Brian Kemp.
  • Fractured Alliances: The brewing GOP Civil War in Georgia’s 2026 Senate race. Georgia GOP worries the Senate race will turn into Trump vs Kemp proxy war.
  • In Georgia we have 2 democrat senators. In 2022, Warnock won against Herschel Walker and got all the Senate perks and lived in a home paid by the church. We are really hoping that WE can take back the Senate seat. We are hoping that we can maintain the governor’s mansion to go against Jason Esteves. Brad Raffensperger will run as a republican if he jumps in the governor’s race. If it goes to court the lawmakers will take qualifying away from the counties.
  • Brian Kemp is working on dividing the state and exploding the republican party in going with a guy that does not vote, does not support Trump in Georgia.
  • Fani Willis’ indictments are still an open case in the state of Georgia. The commission didn’t find anything to remove Fani Willis, she is still in Fulton County. Fulton County is still a crime scene for the stolen election.
  • Here is the football play, Derek Dooley is going to say Trump, they have written some talking points and he has practiced them. He will try to get you to believe he will stand with President Trump. If you align with Derek Dooley you align with Kemp.
  • The receiver is saying that the FLBL is a total and complete mess. 90% of their loans had defaulted. They want to lead you to believe that no one knew that they preyed on the elderly, church groups, and patriots. David Shafer who invested $200,000 in FLBL and used McKoon to write the corporation papers for his business and tapped McKoon as the next chair. McKoon taps Katie Frost, employee of FLBL, to lead several committees under his leadership. Did McKoon authorize the GAGOP payment to Best Guest Media on 6-16-2025 to get Katie Frost in media outlets. Best Guest Media is a media consultant in NJ. Someone at Best Guest Media worked on the Ted Cruz Senate campaign with Katie Frost. The phone circles are saying that Ted Cruz also invested in First Liberty. On 6-16-2025, First Liberty was gone. Amongst the close friends, Josh McKoon, Salleigh Grubbs, Mike Crane, Greg Dolezal and no one knew. Everyday there will be people that come to the surface of the victims.
  • Last night Katie Frost was on NewsMax, can someone tell NewsMax that Katie Frost is under investigation for the largest Ponzi scheme investigation in Georgia. Someone tell NewsMax that someone is in tears today because they lost everything to the Frost family.
  • As of right now Brant Frost is the Coweta County chair. Krista Frost is the second vice chair of Coweta County. Katie Frost is the chair of the third district GOP, chair of the financial oversight committee, chair of the nomination committee. Josh McKoon will not separate from the Frost family.
  • The judge ruled with the Fulton County republican party, the Fulton County board of commissioners must appoint the election critics nominated by the Fulton County republican party to the county election board, Jason Fraizer and Julie Adams. There will be an appeal.
  • They are trying to pull in Nick Saban, former Alabama coach, who has a home in Rabun county who tried to make a plea to Donald Trump for Derek Dooley. Derek Dooley lives in Rabun county.
