There are areas of the Unit­ed States where lit­tle girls are walk­ing to pub­lic school and the shell cas­ings are lay­ing on the side­walk from the gang wars the night before. Trump puts Wash­ing­ton DC police under fed­er­al con­trol. Crime in DC has been down since last year, but there are false sta­tis­tics being report­ed because there is mon­ey tied to it. You will hear that the crime is down in all the major cities because they want you to see this num­ber to ques­tion why Trump is doing what he is doing. No mat­ter what your polit­i­cal views you deserve to be pro­tect­ed. Trump can fed­er­al­ize the law enforce­ment for 30 days under an exec­u­tive order, after that he has to get con­gres­sion­al approval. 
• Where will the home­less go? Are they just pitch­ing their tent some­where else? We should not have peo­ple sleep­ing on the streets in Amer­i­ca. You don’t see peo­ple sleep­ing in the streets in oth­er coun­tries. We send our mon­ey all over the world and take care of peo­ple all over the world. Where we send our mon­ey to sup­port, such as Israel, they all have health­care. 
• We need to take the mil­i­tary to get rid of the car­tels, and take the mil­i­tary and nation­al guard to clean up the cities all over the coun­try. In each city, there are the tourist con­ven­tion areas with enor­mous sports com­plex­es and event com­plex­es with the hotels and tourist areas, the cir­cles around these areas are secure and beau­ti­ful. But out­side these cir­cles the home­less, drugs and crime runs ram­pant and it is creep­ing into the tourists areas. The cities are get­ting enor­mous tax from the hotel motel tax­es and they for­get about the areas out­side the cir­cle. There should not be open-air drug areas and mar­kets exist in Amer­i­ca: Philly, San Fran, Bal­ti­more, DC, Port­land, Seat­tle, South Bronx. These areas neg­a­tive­ly impact local com­mu­ni­ties through increased crime, decreased qual­i­ty of life for res­i­dents and pub­lic health issues asso­ci­at­ed with addic­tion and drug use.  
• In the mid 1990s May­or Rudy Giu­liani and Police com­mis­sion­er William Brat­ton spear­head­ed efforts to revi­tal­ize Times Square, focus­ing on a “civic cleanup.” Every may­or of every city should adopt Rudy Giuliani’s plan. In 2023, Times Square has gone back to what it was, peo­ple lay­ing on the streets. 
• When Trump is done with DC he will move to oth­er cities. The lead­ers and res­i­dents of these cities will thank Don­ald Trump for not for­get­ting about them.
