Dive into Georgia’s high-stakes 2025 elections: Public Service Commission races could spark a Democratic fundraising frenzy to flip House and Senate seats. The Secretary of State race heats up with Gabe Sterling’s resignation, Jordan Fuchs no longer in office, Raffensperger making his rounds. Fulton County’s commission board faces legal battles over the refusal to appoint the Republican nominees Jason Frazier and Julie Adams. While Fulton County is gearing up for a special election to be held Tuesday with seven candidates, including three Republicans self-funding $726,000, vie for Brandon Beach’s Senate District 21 seat. JD Vance’s Atlanta visit highlights Trump-Kemp tensions, with Brian Dooley leveraging Kemp’s endorsement to challenge Jon Ossoff, and Mike Collins getting the nod in introductions. Stay updated on Georgia’s political power plays!

  • We have two Public Service races that are taking place in November. If the democrats win one or two of these seats the democrats will act as though they won the super bowl around the nation. It will energize them to get out the vote and to pour money into Georgia and not just for Jon Ossoff. They will pour money into races you don’t expect to pick up House seats and Senate seats. It will be as though they have won a decade of Super Bowls.
  • We have a Secretary of State’s race happening, we have the state board of elections where the state legislature has tried to pull them away from the secretary of state’s office and the secretary of state is pulling hard to pull them back into the office. We have several SOS announced candidates. We have Tim Fleming who is the chair of the blue ribbon panel on elections. He has been told that he should get on board with Trump’s mail in ballot agenda.
  • Gabe Sterling,COO, has resigned from the Secretary of State’s office for private practice? Now he has to resign from the office to run for office. Now constitutional officers do not have to resign to run for office. You have to resign your leadership positions but not your office. And if you are an employee of the state to run for office you have to resign. Gabe’s business is Sterling Innovative Solutions which was created in 2015. Why did Gabe create this LLC? Because he wanted to have money dumped in when he would do consulting work. Sterling Innovative Solutions is the company that Dominion paid when Gabe was the 2020 implementation manager officer statewide as a subcontractor to Dominion. That is why we cannot see how much money Dominion gave Gabe Sterling. Remember when we were waiting for updates on the election he was standing behind the state seal when he was a subcontractor. Look for his announcement that he is running for Secretary of State. Him resigning means there will be moves in the office.
  • If you go to the Secretary of State’s office you will see the Senior Leadership of the office. Matthew Tyser is the Deputy Secretary of State. Jordan Fuchs was the Deputy SOS. Jordan has left the inner office, sources are that she has left to work on the Raffensperger or the Sterling campaign. They are gearing up for the next move. Raffensperger is doing the same campaign model as he did for his SOS campaign. Going to the business and community leaders at chamber meetings across the state. Watch for the developments.
  • Fulton County is on Trump’s radar. The RNC is paying the legal bills for the Fulton County Republican party. This case will open up everything we have talked about on the show. Bridget Throne has said that she has already talked to lawmakers about cleaning up the language of the law for appointments to the board of elections. We have counties all around the state that have had difficulty to get the republican nominees on the board of elections and registration. Almost every county commission out there they can read from different rule books when it comes to the nominees and appointments to their county elections. And when there is a problem, the Superior court will make a ruling on the rules in that county. We have to go to our legislature to clean up appointments to election boards statewide. It has to happen this time. Fulton County according to their rules and laws they have to put Jason Fraizer and Julie Adams on the board. They are making the arguments to change the laws. They are rushing into court today for an emergency ruling. Fulton County board of commissioners were supposed to abide by the court orders and were directed at their next meeting they are supposed to appoint these two to the board. Is the court going to hold the whole commission in contempt or exclude the two republicans because they voted to appoint. They had a quorum on Wednesday to make the appointment but the vote failed.
  • Brandon Beach got an office job and a phone in DC. There are seven candidates that are replacing Beach. Beach is a moderate at best, he is not conservative. The Seven candidates have raised a combined $1.1 million as they vie to become Georgia’s next state senator — much of it from their own pocketbooks. The three republicans have lent their campaigns a combined $726,00 ahead of next week’s special election in Senate District 21, which covers part of Fulton and Cherokee counties. There are six republicans and one democrat vying to replace Beach. Lance Calvert loaned himself $125,000. Jason Dickerson loaned himself $500,000. Brian Will loaned himself $101,000. This is only a 30 day election. This will go into a run off. Why would they loan their campaigns their own money for an $18,000 a year job? Keep in mind they can loan themselves money and pay it back with a percentage. If he wins it is actually a profit for him as it gets paid back. Wonder if they are waiting on any lobbyist and wonder how the campaign payback will be. Return on Investment should never be in politics.
  • JD Vance was in Atlanta. All three candidates for US Senate were there and gave their preview speech. We have no true outward mention of the endorsements from the white house but Mike Collins got the Great Mike Collins. Don’t forget Dooley is endorsed by Kemp. He made his first real public appearances yesterday. He has had several safe zone interviews the past several weeks. Then he has had some roundtable set ups where his team has set it up and they have watched the films from his plays. He is doing these little videos about how his days are and playing the Trump card. He is trying to convince you that he is the best balanced candidate to beat Jon Ossoff and he will support Trump. Most people do not pay attention to politics right now. Money can convince you with the masses of the mailers on the kitchen table. So don’t count the guy out.
  • Trump comes to Atlanta, Brian Kemp does not meet him at the airport. Marty Kemp does not like Trump or Burt Jones. But they like JD Vance and Peter Thiele and his money. JD Vance is the political offspring of Peter Tielh. Trump comes to Atlanta and he is upset that Kemp didn’t meet him in Atlanta and Trump goes off on Kemp. Then there is a hurricane. JD Vance is the guy that brokered the deal to get the W in Georgia. Brian Kemp said a lot of positive words about JD Vance. There are a lot of things in the works. Pay attention.
  • Raffensperger releases a statement slamming the Fulton County commissioners for openly defying a court order and their refusal to seat two republican nominees on the Fulton County Elections board. Pay attention how this will pay out.
