BKP says we will work together, as Warnock and media say GOP is blocking insulin cap

Raphel Warnock has known all along that the bill would be a 50–50 rec­on­cil­i­a­tion bill and the insulin cap would not pass under the bill because it would push pri­vate insur­ers to cap the cost of insulin. The $35 cap for medicare is part of the bud­get because it is gov­ern­ment fund­ed. This bill passed under rec­on­cil­i­a­tion. If a bill is not a bud­getary issue it can not pass under rec­on­cil­i­a­tion. Every­thing on this bill had to have a bud­get attached to it. Nor­mal­ly the sen­ate takes 60 votes. And because this is a bud­getary bill and they have known all along that this will be a rec­on­cil­i­a­tion bill and the par­lia­men­tar­i­an would have to go through the bill to see if it fol­lowed the rules. And that is why Warnock has been report­ing about the insulin and how he was going to get help cap the insulin cost. And they knew the whole time that it would not pass under the par­lia­men­tar­i­an rec­on­cil­i­a­tion rules. They arent run­ning any footage on all the lies they have told regard­ing the bill. The media is report­ing that the GOP blocks insulin amend­ment. 43 GOP sen­a­tors blocked caps on insulin costs. Repub­li­cans find that this does­nt meet the rules under rec­on­cil­i­a­tion, but the media does­nt say that the rea­son it does­nt pass is because it does­nt pass the par­lia­men­tar­i­an rules because it is not a bud­getary mat­ter. It is com­mer­cial wait­ing to hap­pen for Warnock to play across the state. They all know it would­nt pass, yet they all lie say­ing the repub­li­cans stopped the $35 insulin cap.
