Scott Smith was arrest­ed for dis­or­der­ly con­duct at a school board event for Loudoun Coun­ty high school. Smith was out­raged after his 14 year old daugh­ter was sex­u­al­ly assault­ed by a gen­der flu­id 17 year old boy in the bath­room at school.
