Patient has had cir­rho­sis for 30 years and has been alco­hol free for 7 years. He goes for treat­ment every 2 weeks to drain the flu­ids and gets pro­tein inject­ed back into his sys­tem. The blood test called AFP result­ed in Hepa­to­cel­lu­lar car­ci­no­ma with­out a biop­sy and is con­sid­er­ing a tar­get­ed ther­a­py or a vas­cu­lar pro­ce­dure.
