FTX Founder Says He Never INTENDED To Commit Fraud

FTX founder says he nev­er intend­ed to com­mit fraud. Legal intent has to be proven before mov­ing for­ward. It does­nt mat­ter how stu­pid he sounds. His attor­ney is telling him to get out there and say that he did­nt intend to com­mit the fraud.
