As soon as a special council is set up the HOuse has to fund this. You get a line item on the budget. You get an office and personnel. Paul Ryan, another republican, defends special counsel Robert Mueller. Ryan says. “I don’t think many people are saying Bob Mueller is a biased partisan. He’s anything but.”
