- Instead of sending a letter for the people of District 8, who have asked for a letter, Will Wade has given excuse after excuse on why it is a waste of time and money. Will Wade is governor Kemp’s floor leader. He is not doing what the people of his district want, he is carrying the water for governor Kemp. Wade represents Kemp, his committee assignments, Speaker Burns, not the people of the 8th District.
