Before SB202 the drop box­es were not legal. At that time, BKP said that it would only be a mat­ter of time that the drop box­es would go back out­side. Are you ready for SOS to get your bal­lot back to say it was unde­liv­er­able. There is a dis­as­ter com­ing.

  • Fani Willis skips sen­ate hear­ings as Geor­gia law­mak­ers note leg­is­la­ture sub­poe­na pow­er, they cre­at­ed a com­mit­tee. Bill Cowsert is Bri­an Kemp’s broth­er-in-law who chairs the com­mit­tee to bring Fani in. Fani says they don’t have a sub­poe­na pow­er for her. Remem­ber Roy Barnes and Nathan Deal form a bipar­ti­san ini­tia­tive to fight elec­tion fraud in GA. 
  • Willis’ legal team is led by Roy Barnes to halt enforce­ment of the sub­poe­nas as it argues that the com­mit­tee did not have the statu­to­ry author­i­ty to issue the sum­mons.

Local boards are required to cer­ti­fy the elec­tion short­ly after the elec­tion. That is why they are hav­ing law­suits and meet­ings. Brad Raf­fensperg­er made the deal with Stacey Abrams and Mark Elias. The deal that should have been made through the leg­is­la­ture. But Brad Raf­fensperg­er says that the emer­gency pow­er that was giv­en to Bri­an Kemp gave Brad Raf­fensperg­er to do what he did in 2020. Now Mark Elias is step­ping in for Brad Raf­fensperg­er in the Jason Fraiz­er to clean up the vot­er rolls of over 400,000 inel­i­gi­ble vot­ers. Jason Fraiz­er has the law­suit that has them the most ner­vous if Mark Elias is inter­ven­ing for Brad Raf­fensperg­er. There is a video of admis­sion that the vot­er rolls are nev­er cleaned up in Ful­ton Coun­ty.
