Trump Enters Office As A Convicted Felon
- It’s sentencing day. Trump to appear virtually. No prison time expected. Things you will see coming out because of this case. Yesterday it went to the supreme court. Amy Coney Barrett sided with John Roberts to make it a 5–4 for the court not to get involved in the case. Anytime you are looking at the legal side of the case read Jonathan Turley. Trump has not attacked the SCOTUS. What the court did was say that this is an appeals process and can be handled by the appeals process. What will happen, this will be history. The prosecution will make a statement, the defense will make a statement, the judge will make a statement and they all know they will make history. Trump goes into this hearing as a convicted felon. Trump enters office as a convicted felon. None of this is to make Trump look good but they can’t put him in prison.
- John Fetterman has really upset the democrats. The Laken Riley Act has not passed, it just made it to the floor of the Senate where the amendments will be added. Fetterman is going to MAL. The moves he is making are probably allowing him to be Senator of PA for as long as he would like to be. What is the democrat party thinking? You have a democrat party that has lost their way. John Fetterman said that if the democrats can’t come up with 7 votes for the Laken Riley Act, that is why the democrats got beat.
- The democrat party is in such disarray, the doors are wide open. PA has an opportunity for a democrat roadblock for years to come. Is Fetterman going to reset the democrat party? Is he going to be the one to work with republicans and have honest conversations? Democrats are very angry with Fetterman. You don’t go to MAL and say you are open to having a conversation. He may switch and become republican. But what if he stays the democrat and holds the power.
- JD Vance officially resigned yesterday. Mike DeWine, the governor, will appoint his replacement next week.
