ICE at Hyundai Plant and Economic Re-Privatization Under Trump

ICE’s pres­ence at the Hyundai plant yes­ter­day led to undoc­u­ment­ed work­ers flee­ing, BKP spec­u­lat­ed about union­iza­tion. Amidst claims of eco­nom­ic recov­ery, infla­tion was mis­man­aged. The Trump admin­is­tra­tion, with new Trea­sury Sec­re­tary Scott Bessent, aims to re-pri­va­tize the econ­o­my, reduc­ing gov­ern­ment roles and spend­ing. Bessen­t’s approach includes address­ing gov­ern­ment fraud and inef­fi­cien­cy, with ear­ly signs of cor­po­rate response to Trump’s tar­iff poli­cies, like Nis­san con­sid­er­ing relo­cat­ing from Mex­i­co to the U.S.

• ICE showed up at the Hyundai plant and the ille­gals scat­tered. BKP pre­dic­tion is the AJC will report that some­one will say maybe this is a call to union­ize the Hyundai plant. 
• Remem­ber Janet Yellen con­tin­ued to tell you as infla­tion was scor­ing out of con­trol that infla­tion was tran­si­to­ry. Every­thing was out of con­trol, infla­tion, inter­est rates, DEI, NGOs, etc and they want­ed to tell you that the econ­o­my was ok and that we had the strongest recov­ery from COVID. No oth­er coun­try flushed the econ­o­my with mon­ey to inor­gan­i­cal­ly grow the econ­o­my. As the elec­tion approached we were hit­ting our infla­tion tar­get, but no men­tion of the addi­tion­al infla­tion that was baked in. Noth­ing was real. All the lies telling you the econ­o­my was good. 
• Trump is a mas­ter­mind on the tar­iffs. Now Scott Bessent, Sec Trea­sury, was con­firmed because he has the resume nec­es­sary to be sec­re­tary of Trea­sury. Now he has gone over to Ukraine to sit with Zelen­sky. The Amer­i­can peo­ple don’t care if Zelen­sky is at the table because we know that he is a crook and has been steal­ing from the Amer­i­can peo­ple. He was installed when the Deep State pulled a coup. 
• Bessent said some­thing on Bret Brier that pulled all this togeth­er. The Trump admin­is­tra­tion is going to re-pri­va­tize the econ­o­my. Few­er gov­ern­ment jobs and more pri­vate sec­tor jobs and reel in gov­ern­ment spend­ing. Bessent under­stands the econ­o­my and sup­ply and demand. Remem­ber Ronald Rea­gan said that we have infla­tion not because the peo­ple are liv­ing well it is because the gov­ern­ment is liv­ing well. The econ­o­my does not turn because Con­gress pass­es a bill. We know that bureau­cra­cy is over-bloat­ed. The only way to turn the econ­o­my around is doing exact­ly what Trump is doing. We have only had 30 days since Trump took office and look at the changes. 
• There are crooks in the gov­ern­ment and they need to go to jail. Bessent report­ing that there is fraud in the gov­ern­ment. The deep state is say­ing to take a scalpel to the bureau­cra­cy. But we have no choice but to tear these agen­cies down. The Trump admin­is­tra­tion is not going to do any­thing at the risk of harm­ing Amer­i­can peo­ple. We are hear­ing about the amount of fraud in the SSA. You do not have to wor­ry about med­ical or SSA checks. 
• Every­thing is hap­pen­ing because we have to cor­rect the econ­o­my. There were some agen­cies that start­ed to pro­tect con­sumers. They had the right inten­tion but they became cor­rupt. So once we get these bureau­cra­cy torn down, get these tax cuts put in place and turn the econ­o­my into a pri­va­tized econ­o­my. The cash will start flow­ing. 
• Reports are that Nias­san is think­ing about mov­ing a plant from Mex­i­co to the US in order to avoid tar­iffs.
