Waste, Elon, and Trump’s Wins

Everything’s about wast­ing our money—or stop­ping it. Trump’s slash­ing bogus research, but he’s not touch­ing the good stuff. Watch out for those 24-hour news cycles stretch­ing head­lines with filler. Courts are fight­ing Elon Musk’s push into the Depart­ment of Education—those bat­tles over spend­ing aren’t slow­ing down. Trump scored a win, though—Associated Press lost in court, kicked off Air Force One ’til they say ‘Gulf of Amer­i­ca.’

Across the pond, Ursu­la and Trudeau are whis­per­ing in Zelensky’s ear—not to mark three years of war, but to keep their cut of the cash before Trump gets it back. They’re telling him he doesn’t owe Amer­i­ca squat. And Elon? He’s got fed­er­al work­ers scram­bling with an email: ‘List five things you did last week.’ DOJ, State, NSA—they’re exempt, but for every­one else, it’s a five-minute gut check. Trump’s ask­ing: Are these peo­ple even real? Emp­ty build­ings, ghost employees—DOGE’s using AI to sniff out the fraud. Oh, and Apple’s drop­ping $500 bil­lion here, hir­ing 20,000. Big W for Trump.

• They are los­ing it over Elon Musk ask­ing for the 5 tasks worked on. The courts are being brought in to tell DOGE to slow down. 
• Doug Collins VA Sec told the staff to reply to Musk’s email.. “What did you do last week..” Trump brought up the agen­cies not to respond such as the DOJ, State, NSA because they are work­ing on things that can­not be shared. The heads of those depart­ments are han­dling the inter­nal review. 
• Why would Elon ask these ques­tions? The email response to the email takes about 5 min­utes to bul­let point 5 things, it actu­al­ly con­firms that there is an employ­ee on the oth­er side. We know the amount of fraud that is in the fed­er­al gov­ern­ment. 
• Trump ques­tioned if the peo­ple are actu­al­ly work­ing or do they exist? 
• We know about all the emp­ty build­ings that no one works in. Do these employ­ees sign in on the com­put­er and walk away? Do the employ­ees exist? And are they send­ing reports of what they have been work­ing on week­ly? 
• DOGE will use AI to assess the respons­es of fed­er­al work­ers who were told to jus­ti­fy their jobs via email. Check­ing to see if the ser­vices are being dupli­cat­ed. 
• Star­bucks cut 1100 cor­po­rate jobs, the peo­ple aren’t doing their job and are dupli­cat­ing the ser­vices. MSNBC is lay­ing off peo­ple. The net­works are run­ning graph­ics and report­ing that the agen­cies made mis­takes and are rush­ing to hire back peo­ple. Depart­ments are set up some are not use­ful, but you tell the most impor­tant to apply to this oth­er depart­ment that will be kept. This is what is hap­pen­ing.
