OPINION: Our System of Justice is Broken

Man­hat­tan DA, Alvin Brag­g’s stunt to bag Don­ald Trump will cer­tain­ly bring him the noto­ri­ety he des­per­ate­ly craves but, will focus a lot of atten­tion on his com­pe­tence. We know his motives. He played the Democ­rats open­ing gam­bit to fin­ish off Don­ald Trumps bid to become the next Pres­i­dent of the US as he promised. The next move in this polit­i­cal chess game will be either the Atlanta, Ga. DAs quest to indict Trump for alleged elec­tion inter­fer­ence or, Mer­rick Gar­lands spe­cial pros­e­cu­tor Jack Smiths attempt to hang an improp­er pos­ses­sion of clas­si­fied doc­u­ments around his neck. Both moves are des­per­ate shots and both will fail.

How, one sup­pos­es, will spe­cial pros­e­cu­tor Smith deal Joe Bidens ille­gal pos­ses­sion of clas­si­fied doc­u­ment, even going as far back as Joe’s sen­a­to­r­i­al days? Much of those doc­u­ments were found in a office at a major Ivy League school, set up and paid for by the CCP as a CCP read­ing room. Thats a hard one to explain. Even worse, the grow­ing doc­u­men­tary evi­dence con­firm­ing the Biden fam­ilys receiv­ing mil­lions of dol­lars in finan­cial pay­offs from the Chi­nese Com­mu­nist Par­ty for the Vice Pres­i­den­t’s influ­ence on mat­ters of inter­est to the Chi­nese Gov­ern­ment, ie: influ­ence at the high­est lev­els of the US gov­ern­ment, is damn­ing and smacks of pure trea­son. Yet, all we hear is noth­ing to be seen here, move along!

Alvin Bragg, at a sin­gle stroke, has revealed the Demo­c­rat Par­ty for what it tru­ly is, a Stal­in­ist par­ty deter­mined to end the Amer­i­can Repub­lic and replace it with a social­ist state a la, Marx, Lenin and Stal­in. A DAs spokesman pub­licly stat­ed, prob­a­bly with­out real­iz­ing what his words con­veyed, the rea­son for what they are doing is to elim­i­nate White Chris­t­ian Nation­al­ists. There we are. Amer­i­ca was found­ed on the prin­ci­ples of Judeo-Chris­t­ian moral­i­ty and has served our nation since our break from Great Britain in 1776. Much of that his­to­ry, because it was cre­at­ed by white Chris­tians, is now fod­der for the grinder of new ideas, to replace what worked with what sounds good. It will all end in fail­ure and will take Amer­i­ca with it. We are no longer in a fight to save Democ­ra­cy, were in a fight to save Amer­i­ca. If Amer­i­ca falls, there is no where else to go. How do we pro­tect our Amer­i­ca?

Every nation must have some sort of Judi­cial sys­tem if only for keep­ing up the pre­tens­es of being demo­c­ra­t­ic. Thats why com­mu­nist and fas­cists regimes insert the word Demo­c­ra­t­ic into their offi­cial state names like the Demo­c­rat Peo­ples Repub­lic of North Korea or even the Nation­al Social­ist Demo­c­ra­t­ic Ger­man Work­ers Par­ty (Nazis). Its quite appar­ent Pro­gres­sives hate Don­ald Trump. But, in try­ing to get him, will they in fact destroy Amer­i­ca’s sys­tem of jus­tice to accom­plish it? If Alvin Bragg actu­al­ly suc­ceeds and I doubt it, or some enlight­ened judge fails to see the dan­ger and throw those sil­ly charges out, then we would prob­a­bly nev­er recov­er from that. If they dont, no Amer­i­can can look to the judi­cial sys­tem for jus­tice, no for­eign nation will accept our advice about democ­ra­cy and Amer­i­ca will be adrift on the sea of fail­ure. Nev­er the less, to Pro­gres­sives, keep­ing Don­ald Trump out of the Pres­i­den­cy is essen­tial because they right­ful­ly fear him and should. Already the US Dept of Jus­tice is sus­pect, the FBI includ­ed, and there will be noth­ing left for them to do but pur­sue law break­ers des­ig­nat­ed by Big Broth­er as ene­mies of the state guid­ed by the heavy hand of intol­er­ance and tyran­ny. The police state has already arrived as the new­ly released Jan 6 films of Pelo­sis pho­ny insur­rec­tion clear­ly show.

Joe Biden is the face of polit­i­cal cor­rup­tion and is evil. But, hes just a stu­pid old man and has been one for a long, long time. Hes led by the hand, told to stand on his spot and repeat whats fed to him on his teleprompter. Occa­sion­al­ly, an inspired idea enters his cra­ni­um and he goes off script and.you know, the thing. The Pro­gres­sives fail­ure to win the bat­tle of ideas has caused them to turn to cen­sor­ship of the con­ser­v­a­tive mes­sage, launch attacks against Chris­t­ian church­es, flaunt­ing per­ver­sion in Chris­tians faces, threats of mob vio­lence to dis­senters of group think, usurpa­tion of the laws gov­ern­ing Grand Jurys, con­vey threats of intim­i­da­tion and the actu­al jail­ing of dis­senters as insur­rec­tion­ists for par­tic­i­pa­tion in con­sti­tu­tion­al­ly pro­tect­ed griev­ances at our nations capi­tol. Its get­ting near time to re-nour­ish the roots of the tree of lib­er­ty.

Remem­ber, free­dom is the goal, the Con­sti­tu­tion is the way. Now, go get em! (06Apr23)
