Lori talks about the holiday travels, holiday tragedies, border and more

Despite the flight delays and high gas prices, peo­ple were out cel­e­brat­ing the birth of our nation. Over 40 mil­lion trav­eled over the hol­i­day week­end. Yet, we still dont have a plan for the soar­ing prices. Now we hear the White House will be ask­ing Chi­na to help. And, Kemp has extend­ed the gas tax hol­i­day for Geor­gians.

Trag­ic news over the week­end. Truck dri­ving 120 mph into gas sta­tion in north GA. In High­land park IL out­side of Chica­go. there was a shoot­er that killed 6 peo­ple, injur­ing 25 at a Fourth of July parade. The sus­pect has been caught. 2 offi­cers shot in Philadel­phia, no deaths. Where among the reports over the week­end.

We con­tin­u­al­ly hear that the shoot­ers have ques­tion­able con­tent on social media. While the social media com­pa­nies can detect posts from con­ser­v­a­tives post­ing about COVID, patri­o­tism, con­ser­v­a­tive val­ues and they are being placed in Face­book jail. How are these vio­lent posts being missed? Applaud­ing the school shoot­ers? The graph­ic draw­ings about shoot­ing? What is the pro­to­col for when dis­turb­ing posts are dis­cov­ered to stop the mass shoot­ings from hap­pen­ing.

The bor­der needs pro­tect­ing. We have a fed­er­al gov­ern­ment that is not going to deal with this issue at all. The landown­ers are being run over by the ille­gal aliens com­ing across the bor­der. Land own­ers are find­ing bod­ies lying dead on their prop­er­ties. Why is the admin­is­tra­tion not mak­ing this a pri­or­i­ty? Instead of hon­or­ing the posi­tion of vice pres­i­dent and the first female to take con­trol of the sit­u­a­tion. We have a woman that is not show­ing the world what a woman can do and mak­ing a dif­fer­ence.
