GA SB57 — Sports Betting Integrity Act
- SB57 Sports betting integrity act — 58 pages long — the whole bill has to go. This is a false bill. It is not integrity. It is designed to put a commission and put a structure in place for a fill line of gambling in place in GA, casinos and horse tracks. They will say sport betting, it is a lie, they are putting the structure in place. The bill has to be scrapped in its entirety.
- This bill allows once it passes the governor signs it and goes into effect July 2023. We have been led to believe that we have to have this on the ballot to approve gambling in GA.
- If we do not have organized crime in GA now. This bill invites organized crime in GA.
- This bill is creating a commission and bureaucracy.

- 7 person commission together to elect a chief operating officer. It continues to talk about the employees of the commission.
- It is not clear that an out of state company can hold a license to operate in the state of GA.
