- SB57 Sports betting integrity act — 58 pages long — the whole bill has to go. This is a false bill. It is not integrity. It is designed to put a commission and put a structure in place for a fill line of gambling in place in GA, casinos and horse tracks. They will say sport betting, it is a lie, they are putting the structure in place. The bill has to be scrapped in its entirety.
- This bill allows once it passes the governor signs it and goes into effect July 2023. We have been led to believe that we have to have this on the ballot to approve gambling in GA.
