GA Legislative Update With Mallory Staples, GA Freedom Caucus Director
- Bill SB359 is dead. Introduced by Senator Albers, District 56, prohibits someone from placing 2 or more political signs in public areas. It would be considered Hate Speech and charged with RICO charges.
- Albers also introduces SB392 that will be in the judiciary committee today. It would be a felony if someone posts a deep fake within 90 days of an election. They will get 5 years in prison. Call the Judiciary committee members to stop SB392.
