OPINION: The American Dilemma, There Are Some Things We Cannot Allow.

Free­dom is an abstract idea few can explain except as vague con­cepts but, every­one knows it when its gone. For Amer­i­cans who can read and under­stand, the idea of Free­dom was laid down in the most impor­tant polit­i­cal doc­u­ment since the Magna Car­ta of 1215, the US Con­sti­tu­tion. For Amer­i­ca the Con­sti­tu­tion was writ­ten specif­i­cal­ly to lim­it how far a Fed­er­al gov­ern­ment can go to gov­ern. Indeed the Con­sti­tu­tion was express­ly writ­ten to pre­vent abuse of fed­er­al pow­ers and yet, here we are we are being abused dai­ly by the Fed­er­al gov­ern­ment. There are some­things we can­not allow to hap­pen. Ignor­ing the rule of law is one of them.

Why has the fed­er­al gov­ern­ment become the great­est vio­la­tor of our Con­sti­tu­tion­al rights? Why have we allowed them that pow­er? Because peo­ple remain unin­formed of their guar­an­teed rights; because we’ve allowed the odi­ous doc­trine of Marx­ism to infest our schools where rad­i­cals are still indoc­tri­nat­ing our young­sters to hate Amer­i­ca and love Social­ism. That has become our great­est dilem­ma as a sov­er­eign nation. Amer­i­ca will nev­er be destroyed by out­side ene­mies, but can be by the ene­mies with­in. Abra­ham Lin­coln told us: “The peo­ple are the mas­ters of both Con­gress and courts, not to over­throw the Con­sti­tu­tion, but to over­throw the men who pre­vent it.” Jan­u­ary 6, was an expres­sion of the peo­ple try­ing to be mas­ters of Con­gress, and the Fed­er­al gov­ern­ments reac­tion to it is exact­ly what the framers of the Con­sti­tu­tion feared, totalitarianism.

So, where are we now? We are gov­erned by greedy politi­cians who con­trol the tax­ing and bank­ing sys­tems for the mutu­al finan­cial ben­e­fit of them­selves and their friends. They are assist­ed in our sov­er­eign decline by for­eign enti­ties, eg: Chi­na and Ukraine, who pay very well for the priv­i­lege. One won­ders how many politi­cians who have stayed more than one or two terms, entered the polit­i­cal process as mid­dle class cit­i­zens and have come out the oth­er end as mul­ti-mil­lion­aires? Con­sid­er the Pelosi, Clin­ton, Oba­ma, Fein­stein and Biden family’s as prime exam­ples of ben­e­fit­ing by unchal­lenged corruption.

Okay, clear­ly, they were in it for the mon­ey and appar­ent­ly suc­ceed­ed but, being mul­ti-mil­lion­aires shouldn’t ele­vate them to an untouch­able nobil­i­ty class above the law, and yet we’re hav­ing that very argu­ment right now with Joe Biden and his drug addled son Hunter act­ing as agents of a for­eign pow­er, Chi­na. We can­not be sov­er­eign any­more when a faux pres­i­dent of the Unit­ed States is revealed as the defac­to head of a Chi­nese spy appa­ra­tus. There has to be a quid pro quo. It’s mon­ey for Chi­nese hege­mo­ny in Amer­i­can affairs. No won­der Joe’s rich. They paid well! The peo­ple are appar­ent­ly no longer mas­ters of either the  gov­ern­ment or the courts, filled as they have become with “fel­low-trav­el­ers” sup­port­ing Marx­ist ideals guid­ing our path to Social­ism. That’s the Amer­i­can dilem­ma and we’re firm­ly stuck in it.

The terms “Free­dom” and “Rights” for Amer­i­cans, are near­ly inter­change­able one sup­port­ing the oth­er and guar­an­teed by the Con­sti­tu­tion. We accept them as pri­ma facia evi­dence that Amer­i­ca is excep­tion­al. Well, appar­ent­ly it is not! The two most impor­tant amend­ments to the Con­sti­tu­tion, the First and Sec­ond are spe­cif­ic in what pow­er they pro­hib­it to the Fed­er­al Gov­ern­ment. With­out the Sec­ond Amend­ment their would very soon be no First Amend­ment so, the Fed­er­al gov­ern­ment is con­stant­ly attack­ing the First Amend­ment by cir­cum­vent­ing the pro­hi­bi­tions against cen­sor­ing free speech by demand­ing pri­vate tech social media com­pa­nies do the cen­sor­ing for them of expres­sions the Marx­ists can’t abide. When Don­ald Trump swept onto the scene in 2016 and imme­di­ate­ly set about mak­ing Amer­i­ca great again, we were enthused by his his­toric moves restor­ing Amer­i­ca’s econ­o­my, ener­gy and employ­ment num­bers. The Marx­ist Left went bal­lis­tic descend­ing, warp speed, into dement­ed schemes to elim­i­nate the Trump threat that would expose their cor­rup­tion and restore the Amer­i­can Repub­lic. If he had had his sec­ond term, he prob­a­bly would have done it. We’re about to give him his sec­ond go! To keep our free­doms, its now imper­a­tive that Amer­i­cans must unite in reject­ing the Marx­ists gov­ern­ments imposed sci­en­tif­ic con­sen­sus and man­dates on med­i­cine, health care, cli­mate change and Amer­i­can his­to­ry. There are some things we can­not allow!

Remem­ber, free­dom is the goal, the Con­sti­tu­tion is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (17Jan23)
