Christo­pher Mora has pre­sent­ed a law­suit to the court to open the bal­lots to do an audit. It was recused by all three judges in Pick­ens Coun­ty. The judges said that if Pick­ens coun­ty board of elec­tion say they want the audit it would be bet­ter. The board vot­ed 3–1 to open the bal­lots to audit the pri­ma­ry. This is a rur­al coun­ty in Amer­i­ca that has vot­ed to write a court order ask­ing that the bal­lots be unsealed so they can audit the may pri­ma­ry elec­tion.
